  • 5-6 laces of parsley
  • 3 liters of water

Preparation:

Preparing this drink couldn’t be any easier. Firstly, cook the lemon and the parsley for nearly 2-3 hours and drink this remedy every morning on an empty stomach. But, we need to explain this step by step. Start by washing the lemon with cold water. Then, take a bowl and fill it with warm water and add the baking soda in it. Afterwards, put the lemon in this water and leave it to stay for about an hour.

In the meantime, chop the parsley into small pieces. Chop the stem as well, do not throw it away. Don’t peel the lemon, but chop it finely along with its rind. Lastly, take the parsley and the lemon and put them in a pot and add three liters of water over them. Cook them on low heat for approximately 2-3 hours. When the cooking is finished, strain them. You should get about 1.5 liters of syrup.

Consume this drink every morning on an empty stomach. One dose should be one full brandy glass. The dosage of the syrup is sufficient for 15 days if you drink it every morning.
